I wonder is it miscarriage maybe?

So I had a positive test the day after my expected period on 2 different tests. My boobs hurt so badly, I was thirsty, nauseous when I didn't eat, horny, and peeing every minute. Then I had light spotting and cramping 9 days later. I went to ER and the DR said hcg was 39, did pelvic exam, and nothing in ultrasound meaning I could be too early to see or I was about to miscarry. My boobs felt normal and all symptoms seem to stop with that bad news. So the next day I started bleeding and cramping really badly. On the 3rd day it felt like contractions! And I passed a clot that was reddish-black and gray. So I figured it was the sac. I went to my scheduled miscarriage appt the next day and the DR said my urine test was negative. He explained a lot to me but did not do ultrasound and said the urine test was very accurate. Then I went to my regular GYN for a different reason, pap, but I told her about the miscarriage and she said it was odd they didn't do an ultrasound but she didn't do one either! She did send blood work off to lab which I'm still waiting for and it's driving me batty =( I've read EVERYTHING the internet has to offer from Misdiagnosed Miscarriages to Subchorionic Hematomas to early bleeding in pregnancy to miscarriages. I just want to know what you think and what real experiences were? It's been almost 2 weeks and my boobs hurt again, horny, and I'm getting nauseous. I spotted brown a few times but nothing major. Am I ovulating? Pregnant? Crazy lol? Anything experience would be great!
